Reimagining conflict:
meeting in the space between

Welcome! And many thanks for taking part... 

What follows is a game, a puzzle, an interactive exploration of how we experience and engage with conflict, inside ourselves as much as with others. I'm interested in your insights and responses to these 40 influential ideas / topics that have shaped my thinking and practice over decades of working and living with conflict. 

This project starts from the belief that conflict is normal, everywhere, not something to avoid, or which can be avoided. Conflicts of all types have the potential to be supremely divisive and polarising or an opportunity for growth and change. I am interested in how we access the creativity in conflict, and how we keep ourselves mentally fluid, open to conflicting perspectives and interests no matter how unexpected or unwelcome they may be.

To get the most from what is here, take time to notice how you are impacted by what you read, be aware of any feelings that arise, and allow yourself to be surprised by some of those reactions.
